My name is Alex, the owner and head coach for Brutality Strength & Conditioning. I have been involved and competed in a number of different modalities of competitions including cycling, running, triathlon, crossfit and weight lifting.

I am an Exercise and Sports Scientist and Physiotherapist with further coaching qualifications with Triathlon Australia, Cycling Australia, ASCA, Powerlifting Australia, Certificate III & IV in Fitness and a Training Peaks Coach.

I had the pleasure of being employed as an Australian Army Physical Training Instructor for 8 years, working with a wide range of fitness levels preparing soldiers physically for the demands of their required roles and combat. I am also one of the ADF Triathlon active coaches.

Triathlon Coaching.

Are you ready to combine disciplines and jump into the multi-sport world?

I will assist you through your training for distances from the Sprint all the way up to an Ironman, depending on your goals and training availability.

Weight Training

(Bodybuilding or Strength).
